I've spent 25 years mastering the art of service at scale, learning what it truly takes to make people feel seen, understood, and genuinely cared for.
Throughout my career, I've built and led teams, created training programs, and developed systems that consistently delivered exceptional experiences. I've also worked one-on-one with countless high-net-worth individuals, handling important, time-sensitive matters with discretion and calm follow-through. I learned that loyalty isn't bought. It's earned through every interaction, every follow-through, every moment where you show someone they matter.
I've seen what happens when service is done right: retention rates that others call impossible, teams that stay for years in roles where months is the norm, and customers who become advocates because they've never experienced anything like it.

A Personal Note
Outside of White Glove, I'm a mother of four (two of whom are grown), and I've been married to my soulmate for 25 years. I also have a beautiful granddaughter. I love traveling, relaxing by the fire with a good book, and spending time with my family.
I share this because it shapes how I approach this work. I understand what it means to juggle complexity, to want more time for what matters, and to need someone you can truly rely on.
